I used cypress Glen at my new home in brandywine when my neighbors used a more popular contractor that had done work for most of the others in the community. I was worried because they didn't have many reviews but I had seen pictures of their work. the work they did was better than I imagined. my next door neighbor wished she had waited and almost everyday someone comes by to ask who did the work. I love it!

Glen and the team did a fantastic job on our screened in deck/patio. The materials are top notch, zero compromises, and the craftsmanship is built to last. I’ve been on this deck more in the last two weeks than I was on the old one in the last 5 years combined. Our neighbors couldn’t help but come over to hang out and socialize in the new space. Hands down worth the money, and cheaper than other quotes we received as well. Glen was very easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for in an entertainment space, and delivered an incredible product. We're not usually ones to leave a review of a business, but in the case of Cypress Glen, we had to make an exception. Glen and his guys built a deck, patio, outdoor grill and bar, for our new home. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !! They transformed our, "plain-jane" back yard area, to a livable and enjoyable place to entertain family and friends. These guys are extremely creative and work very diligently to meet their promised completion date. If they do something that is not quite in line with your vision, they pivot immediately to meet your satisfaction. Also, we received many quotes for our job, and Glen beat everyone's prices, while still providing an outstanding product, with professionalism and integrity. . WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CYPRESS GLEN!!

Glen made himself available at a moment’s notice for any questions we had and/or to discuss our ideas. The crew was also a pleasure to work with. After doing significant research on outdoor patios and receiving three competitive bids my husband and I decided to go with Cypress Glen Outdoor. Of the three bids we received, Cypress Glen Outdoor was the middle price point of the three. We chose them because we got more value for what we wanted at our price point, they had a track record of transforming a variety of outdoor spaces, and they had an existing relationship with the owner of an outdoor kitchen appliance store we worked with, so we felt there would be ample coordination to ensure a quality end product. During this process, the business owners came to our house, took a look at our backyard space, and even brought some rough designs with them to give us an idea as to how we could best use our space. We were immediately struck by a design that was different than what we were thinking but was really attractive to us as it used our space much better. While we waited for them to start we had a lot of questions about materials and designs. Again, Glen took our calls always, was prompt in getting the answers we needed when he didn’t have them on hand and was very patient with us as we navigated the wide variety of options. In the end, when they were about to start, the materials we selected were not available due to supply issues. Glen was with us every step of the way and helped us secure a different paver, and within hours, all of the materials had arrived to our house. The project started at the end of June 2022 and we completed a final walkthrough around mid-July 2022. Although we were expecting it to start earlier, our project manager Glen was in constant communication with us and always took our phone calls and texts. We never felt ignored at all. The crew worked very quickly and completed the patio in 2 and ½ days once they got started. The workmanship was excellent. The end product looked exactly like the design. The crew was also very professional. When the granite subcontractors installed the granite improperly, Glen sent his foreman over the next day to install a needed support structure and it looks beautiful. The electrical subcontractor did excellent work as well, even though it took longer than expected. During the installation of grill and bar lighting we wanted to have more lights, so my wife and I bought them on Amazon and Glen deducted that price off of the remaining balance. Again, always working with us. All in all I would recommend Cypress Glen Outdoor for your outdoor patio needs. Glen is an excellent project manager, will be very responsive to your calls, texts, and inquiries. He will also not quit until you are happy with your final product.

We had a great experience with Cypress Glen Outdoor. They worked with us on a design, gave us some great materials to choose from, and were so professional during installation. Installation was quick and timely--as promised. The patio is such a wonderful addition to our house. Our daughter got married this year and we entertained a lot using grills and a pizza oven. With a seating area, fire pit, and grill/eating spaces, it was a great place to share with new family and friends.

We worked with Glen to design both our deck and patio and couldn't be more pleased with how they each turned out! What I liked the most was that as our lead contact, Glen really took the time to understand what we wanted and provided great suggestions along the way to ensure that we got exactly want we envisioned.

Excellent attention to detail and very responsive. Did excellent work on my front yard retaining wall. Glen and is crew followed through on things from price, scheduling and close out of the project. Would highly recommend and will use on later projects.
