I requested design and building estimates from five deferent patio construction companies, after meeting with all five, we selected Cypress Glen Outdoor. From our first introductory meeting, two things were very apparent; Cypress Glen Outdoor team are professional, and they really understand the patio business. The construction team members came to our residence, went to the backyard collecting measurements on where I wanted the patio to be, then we made arrangement to meet the following day. In our next meeting the team presented me with a 3D design of 5 selections of Patios to choose from, it also included the prices of each design. After choosing a design, the team leader advised me on what to do to obtain a county building permit and finally on how to obtain the financing of my project. After I got the building permit and presented it to my HOA. The construction team were absolutely amazing they were so professional; they came early and left late every day. Cypress Glen Outdoor started by removing all the trash from my backyard area, after the trash was removed, they replaced the area with a marvelous patio. The team transformed my backyard from a wooded backside to a majestic patio. The most beautiful in my gated community... Cypress Glen Outdoors workmanship is top-notch. Our experience with Cypress was wonderful. We contracted to have a 12x26 screened in porch in March of this year. Our homeowners Association quickly approved our plans for the project. Our county Department of Permits process was a nightmare. Cypress however worked with us and the county to push through the process. Even though my husband and I became frustrated and sometime totally stress during the process, however James preserved through the super overwhelming process. We all understood at the beginning of the process that the screened in porch permit process was different from a deck permit process but no one could guess it would take almost 6 months to obtain the permit. The Cypress team worked diligent with us and the county until the permit was obtained in September. Kudos to Cypress. The professionalism and diligence expressed by the Cypress team throughout the permit process was well appreciated. Then the fun began. The construction team came in and began the building the process. Watching the construction team come each day was a wonderful experience. The care they exercised as they constructed the porched using excellent products . Showing up each day working to completed the project without delay. Of course in keeping with the obstacles of the project we had a rain spell in the middle of the construction of the porch. But once rain was done the team returned and completed the. The electrical contractor came in and completed their work in a professional and timely manner. The final county inspection was done. we appreciate the commitment on the part of the Cypress team to final one of retirement dreams come true. We are now enjoying our screen in porch something we have waited for, for over 20 years. We would recommend the Cypress team to anyone seeking to create a wonderful outdoor space.

I’m not one to do reviews but because Cypress Glen Outdoors did such a great job with our patio extension, I felt I had to. I already had an existing patio but Cypress Glen Outdoors took it to the next level and it looks great. I wish I had used them for my original patio but you live, you learn. The Cypress Glen Outdoors Team was professional and did not mess around as they were from start to finish, in and out within 3 days. I wish I had taken before and after pics, but I will soon update and add more pics of the job once I get the rest of my yard and old patio up to par. Looking out my back door, my backyard haven is almost complete. In the future, I plan on using the Cypress Glen Outdoors Team for future backyard projects and the completion of my backyard oasis.
